အေမရိကားကို အသစ္ေျပာင္းေရႊ႕ေနထုိင္သူ - New Immigrant  အေၾကာင္းကိုသိခ်င္လို႕ ကိုယ္ပိုင္မက္ေဆ႕ကေနေမးလာတဲ႕ မလင္းနႏၵာေက်ာ ္ကို ဒီလိုေျဖေပးခ်င္ပါတယ္။

မိသားစုအေၾကာင္းျပဳ - Family Based ေျပာင္းေရႊ႕ေနထုိင္ခြင္႕ရွိသူအားလံုးကို အေမရိကားက New Immigrant  လို႕ သတ္မွတ္ပါတယ္။ လာေရာက္ခြင္႕ရွိသူေတြကုိေခၚဖုိ႕ ဒီႏိုင္ငံကေန “ ေခၚႏိုင္သူ - Petitioner ”  အတန္းအစား ( ၂ ) မ်ိဳးခြဲထားျပန္တယ္။

“ လာေရာက္ခြင္႕ရွိသူ ” ေတြကိုလည္း ( ၂ ) အုပ္စု သတ္မွတ္ထားျပန္တယ္။ ( IR ) အုပ္စု နဲ႕ ( F ) အုပ္စုလို႕ ေယဘုယ် မွတ္ထားႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ ( IR ) အရွည္ေကာက္က Immediate Relative ကို ေခၚတာျဖစ္ျပီး ( F ) က မိသားစု - Family First Preference စာသားကို ကိုယ္စားျပဳတယ္။

အေမရိကားကို “ အျပီးအပိုင္ ” ေျပာင္းေရႊ႕လာလို႕ရတဲ႕ နည္းလမ္းက ( ၄ ) မ်ိဳးရွိေနျပန္ပါတယ္။ ( ၁ ) မိသားစုေခၚယူျခင္း - Family ( ၂ ) ကေလးေမြးစားျခင္း - Intercountry Adoptions ( ၃ ) အလုပ္ခန္႕ျခင္း - Employment နဲ႕ ( ၄ ) ဒီဗီြမဲေပါက္ျခင္း - Diversity Visa တို႕ ျဖစ္ၾကတယ္။

ဒီအထိေလာက္ဆုိရင္ အေမရိကားကို ဘယ္လုိအေျခအေနေတြနဲ႕ “ တရားဝင္ ” နည္းလမ္းက် ေျပာင္းေရႊ႕ေနထုိင္ခြင္႕ရွိတယ္ဆုိတာ နားလည္ေလာက္ျပီလို႕ ယူဆမိပါတယ္။
