Ko Ko – Answer : For production line, I helped the
product builders, some of my co-workers , my lead and my supervisor to get the
best product. If something happens in the process that I’ve found in the
process line, I checked the machine and also the procedure. Make sure the
product builder follow each and every step of the detail procedure what is said
in the MQI. And also I encourage them to give the best product. I don’t push to
produce faster, make sure they know what they are doing and they know what we’re
approaching to get to get the best product ever.

Ko Ko – Answer : Being a Line Clearance Designee , I
helped a lot to check GDP, GMP and every procedure that we all nomally
understand what should be filled it out, what should be followed by the
procedure, what kind of documents they have to open in near computer and work
station and line clearance, and also the quality, and defect what had ( been )
brought from the vender – from the manufactoring company , I mean the raw
material. So to emphasize on that answer I might say that we’re following the
procedure to get the quality but also we have to minimize our mistake what we’ve
found ramdomly, that way we narrow down the reject that’ve saved money, saved
the labor, that saved the time, saved for the product builder’s potential productivity.

a couple months ago, I have to cross train outside for Lable Printing , I was
kind of new on that area but I read out the document and MQI, process and I was
trained by a reliable trainer and then I learned the stuff. I’m very good at adapting
the procedure what comes to use, and I’m reliable on my ability, my experience
for 4 years has been in ( Company Name ) , so I recall my opion and find a way
what making do better on a valuable process to help the lot.

Ko Ko – Answer : For that question, I must answer
that once if I am dealing with one of the new product builder, for example I’m
the trainer for the product builder I’ll motivate him in a way of that people
to understand more about document first and every procedure and step he/she has
to follow. As he/she had failed to follow my opinion, I might say that this is
the MQI, this is a fundamental basic and very adequate step to follow. If you
failed in somewhere, let me know. I might encourage them. What you’re doing is
not the bad job but finally I’ll wrap the things up to let he/she follow our
product line safety and daily plan sheet what we normally get from our lead and
supervisor, I mean like a data plan. And if he/she encious to see and they don’t
catch up on the process, I’ll find out, I’ll show them in the computer, I’ll
show document and I’ll bring some of the product builder ( very well-trained
product builder ) to emphisize on the talk.
